How do I create thread posts for X and other networks on Vista Social? – Vista Social

Threads can be a powerful tool not just for X (formerly Twitter), but also for engaging with your audience and sharing longer-form content across multiple social networks. Luckily, it's easy to do it with Vista Social!

In this article, we'll break down the following:

Using the thread maker
Using the publisher to create threads
Using the AI assistant to craft your thread

Using the thread maker

1. To Create an X thread, click Create > Thread maker.

2. Start creating your thread by putting in the captions, and separating each tweet by paragraph. Your thread will show up on the right side and you can check the preview for each social network.

Note: The paragraph numbers (i.e. 1/5, 2/5, etc.) are not needed add the start of every thread. You can go straight into adding your text.

3. Click Create a post and it will open up the publisher.

4. Once you're happy with your thread, you can schedule it like you normally would.

Using the publisher to create threads

1. Create your post

Once you have created your main tweet, it's going to show up on the right-side preview.

2. Add your first comment

On the right-side preview, you should see a box that says "Leave first comment". This will be the first comment for your Twitter thread and will be added under the main caption.

3. Adding more comments to your thread

Continue adding more comments under the thread by clicking the + Add another comment button.

The comments that you'll be adding to the thread will show up on the right-hand side preview like this:

Once you're done, click Next and schedule your thread post!

We have integrated AI to help you craft your Twitter thread! Just click on the AI assistant button and generate your comment the way you want to, sky's the limit here!

Once it's generated, click the check mark beside the comment then click Use selected. You can also save the generated comments for future use!
