Different options to use the AI Assistant tool
In this mode, the prompt "Reply to..." and the specific message you're replying to will be placed in the text box by default.
You can then choose between various tones and formats to match how you want to improve your reply. You can also setup your brand's voice to tailor the improved message according to demeanor and communication style!
Guided mode customizations:
1. Tone: choose which attitude, style, or emotional expression you would like to convey to your audience. It could either be funny, promotional, engaging, etc.
2. Format: select what specific arrangement, layout, or structure would you prefer for your text. This could either be a shortened, expanded, or a rephrased text.
3. Brand voice: your brand voice reflects the demeanor and communication style of your brand.
In this mode, you can provide the AI Assistant with a detailed description of the caption you're looking to create. You can start with a prompt such as "Reply/respond to...". The only limit is what you can imagine.
In this example, we're replying to a message from a user who wants to collaborate with us. Notice how the user described the the tone, attitude, and length of the post. When we're ready, we'll click Generate caption.
Vista Social's AI Assistant will create a reply based on your prompt. You can click Generate caption again to have it create multiple variations for you as well.
