Step 1: Create a Data Source Using Vista Social as a Connector
Head to Google Looker Studio and create a Data source.
In the search bar, type and select Vista Social.
Step 2: Authenticate Using Your Vista Social API Key
Navigate to Vista Social and copy your API key from Settings > Account Settings > Integrations.
Return to Looker Studio and paste the API key when prompted. Then click Submit to establish the connection.
Step 3: Select Your Profile Group & Data Type

Once connected, you’ll be prompted to choose a Profile Group & Data Type. Select the group that contains the social media profiles you want to analyze. You'll also choose the type of data you want to pull into Looker Studio.
- Note: Daily Activity aligns with the Social Media Performance Report
- Give your data source a name, so you remember which profile group and data source it aligns with
Step 4: Create a Report Using Vista Social’s Data
Click Create Report and begin by dragging and dropping fields to customize your dashboard.
You can use charts, graphs, and filters to visualize your social media performance data.
That's it! Your Vista Social data is now linked to Google Looker Studio. You can now create insightful reports and track social media performance like a pro.
