What are profile groups?
A profile group is a container for a brand, client, campaign, or project. Every social profile you connect to Vista Social belongs to a profile group.
Grouping profiles makes it easier to find the ones you need, manage posts, invite the right people, and run reports for a specific brand or client.
When are profile groups useful?
Scheduling posts
When you create a post, you can select a whole profile group instead of picking each profile one by one. This saves time and keeps your posts organized.
Organizing your calendar
Each scheduled post belongs to a profile group, so you can filter your calendar by group and share calendars with the right collaborators or stakeholders.
Running reports
Reports by profile group show how each brand, location, product line, or project is performing.
How to create a profile group
1. Click Quick add → Add a profile group in the left navigation.
2. Choose a Type (Agency, Brand, Client, Campaign, Group, or Project) and fill in the Name, Country, and Timezone. The logo and Description are optional.
3. Click Save.
How to add social profiles to a profile group
1. Click Quick add → Add a social profile.
2. Select the profile group, then choose the social network you want to connect.

User access and permissions
When you invite team members, clients, or other users, you choose which profile groups they can access. This way, each person only sees the profiles they need.

A: Yes. Select the group in the profile selector to post to all of its profiles at once.
