What are profile groups?
Think of profile groups as containers that represent a brand, client, group of profiles, or project. We organize all the connected social profiles (the social networks that you connect to Vista Social) by profile groups so it is easier for users to manage their posts, invite users, and generate reports for a specific group of social networks - in a way that makes sense and helps keep your workflow efficient.
Instead of sifting through a long list of social profiles, profile groups allow you to group relevant profiles together, making it easier to navigate and locate the specific profiles you need.
When are profile groups needed?

Scheduling Posts
You can schedule posts for multiple social profiles within a group simultaneously. Instead of individually selecting each profile for scheduling, you can choose the entire profile group, saving you time and effort. Plus, it gives you a more focused, organized, and clean look, having the ability to only select the specific profile group you want to post to.

Organizing Posts
Every post you schedule is added to a calendar that lives within a Profile Group. In particular, this helps you be able to send shared calendars with the right content to your collaborators or stakeholders.

Generating Reports
Scheduling reports within profile groups allows for more accurate and detailed reporting. You can generate reports specific to each profile group, providing insights into the performance of individual brands, locations, product lines, or projects.
