Ask Vista agents are AI-powered automations that run scheduled tasks, monitor your social activity, and deliver insights without you having to ask every time.
Unlike a one-time chat prompt, agents work in the background on a recurring schedule. You set them up once, and they run automatically based on the cadence you choose.
What agents can do
Agents can be used to:
- Deliver daily briefings about your inbox, scheduled posts, and performance
- Generate weekly or monthly reports across your connected profiles
- Monitor engagement, sentiment, and audience activity
- Surface content gaps, stale tasks, and approval bottlenecks
- Flag re-engagement opportunities and boost candidates
- Keep your idea bank stocked with fresh content suggestions
How to access agents
- Press X on your keyboard to open Ask Vista
- Click Agents in the left sidebar
- Browse prebuilt agents by category, or click + New agent to build from scratch
Understanding the agents' view
Your agents list
When you click Agents from the left sidebar, you'll see all agents currently set up in your workspace. Each agent shows:
- Name and description
- Schedule (e.g. "Every day at 5:00 AM EDT")
- Status: Active or Off duty
Refresh
Use the refresh icon (↻) to reload your agents list and check for any updates.
+ New agent
Opens the agent builder so you can create a custom automation from scratch. You can define the task, frequency, and delivery format.
Browsing prebuilt agents
Click Agents, then select Browse agents to explore the full library of prebuilt agents, organized by category.
