How it works
When creating or editing a DM Automation trigger, you’ll see a Detect intent option. Start typing the context of the trigger and select one or more intents that match the type of message you want to respond to.
For example:

Needs help with billing

Wants to know our business/holiday hours

Looking for pricing for (X) product/service
With intent detection enabled, your automation can recognize when a message expresses the same idea, even if it’s phrased differently (like “Got any good movie picks?”).
