Vista Social has several publication approval workflows that allow a team member, a client, or any other user who needs to review and/or approve the scheduled posts.

Creating post approval workflows |
For multi-step approvals, you'll want to create a workflow to match your needs. If you haven't invited your clients/colleagues who will be reviewing posts, you should invite your users before starting the steps below.
1. Head to Settings > Publishing Settings > Approval Workflows.
2. Click Add approval workflow.
3. Create your workflow by adding and naming your steps, and choosing which team member (or client) should approve at each step.
List of approver types:

Select approvers: Assign a specific person/s in the team to review the post. Only admins or publishing managers can approve posts
- Anyone can approve: Allow any team member within the profile group to review the post (internal approval).
- Shared calendar: Allow viewers of the shared calendar to review the post (external approval).

Send posts for review |
After creating your post, click the Assign button. Then, select Assign to workflow and choose the workflow you created.
Click Assign, then Schedule
- If your workflow assigns the post to a specific user, they can now review the post. Learn more here
- You can also allow non-logged-in clients/users to review posts easily. Learn more here

Note: You cannot change the assigned workflow for an existing post. You can only assign new posts to a workflow. |
