Whether you're crafting social media posts, ads, or brand assets, importing directly from Canva saves time and streamlines your workflow. In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to import media from Canva into Vista Social, so you can schedule and publish your designs with ease.
How to import images from Canva

Note: Currently, only images can be imported from Canva to Vista Social. |
1. In your Publishing window, type in your content and click the image icon. Click Add image and select Canva.
2. You will be presented with two options: Import media from your Canva account or Create a new image design from a template. For this particular guide, we will import media from Canva. If you want to know more about designing images, click here.
3. You will be asked to log in to your Canva account and allow permissions.

4. Once you have successfully logged in, you will see a list of your projects and you can import individually, or select designs in bulk. Click Select to import them into your post.
5. You may also import images to the Media Library by clicking Add media → Add image → Canva, and following steps 2 to 4.
6. Choose the export quality for your media, with 100 being the highest resolution.
6. Your designs will now be imported and you may select which images you want to include in your post.

8. You will find the rest of your imported images in your Media Library.
And that's it! You may now publish your post or schedule it for a future date and time.
