A social listening report helps you analyze conversations happening around your brand, industry, or specific keywords across social media. With this report, you can measure overall results of your listeners, your potential impressions, as well as the sentiments of the engagements you have gained.
In this guide:
Ways to run a listener performance report
1. You can immediately see the overall performance of your listeners when you go to the Listening section.
2. To run an instant report from the Reports section, go to Reports → Run Report → Listener performance.
3. Once the reporting window opens up, choose your selected date period at the top right corner.
4. To schedule a report for a future date and time, go to Reports → Schedule report → Select report type → Listener performance.
Metrics provided in the social media performance report
Summary
Total number of results and positive sentiment received for the selected date period.
Total results
The total number of messages (DMs, comments, mentions) matching your listening criteria.
Results & Impressions
A pie graph showing the share of listener results and potential impressions per network.
Sentiment
The overall tone of the conversations pulled through by your listeners per network (positive, neutral, or negative).
