If you encounter the error, "User with this email belongs to another organization" when inviting a team member, it likely means they already have a Vista Social account.
This often happens if they accidentally signed up for a trial instead of waiting for your invitation.
To fix this, just contact our awesome support team. They'll free up your colleague's email. Then, you can send the invite once again!
