We have made profile connections easier and more secure for agencies and clients! With this feature, agencies can now invite non-users (like clients or other people outside their organization) to connect their social profiles directly—no login required & they won't count towards your user seats!
This means you no longer need to add clients as team members solely to link their social profiles, which simplifies onboarding and strengthens data security.

1. In Vista Social, navigate to Settings → Profile Groups.
2. Select the profile group you're working on and scroll down until you see the list of social profiles.
3. Click + Get connect link and Vista Social will generate a secure invitation link.
4. Send the link to your client (or the person who will connect the profile). Once they receive it, they can follow the instructions to connect their profiles without any additional login.
How to connect profiles as an invitee
You're being invited by a Vista Social user to connect your profile to their account. Here's how you can do it:
1. Once you have opened the link sent to you, the list of social networks available for connection will open.
2. Select the profile you'd like to connect. Then you'll be asked to input your details, so the organizer/ account owner will know who connected the profile.
3. After adding in your details, proceed to connecting the profiles of your choice. You may check the table in this article for guidance on each network.
