If you're unable to access your Vista Social account because of multiple unsuccessful login attempts, don’t worry! This temporary lockout is designed to keep your account secure. Here's what you need to know and how you can regain access.

Why did my account get locked?

Your account is locked after 3 unsuccessful login attempts, which could include:

• 3 incorrect username/password entries, or
• 3 invalid 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) PINs.

This lockout lasts for 30 minutes and is a precaution to protect your account from unauthorized access.

How to regain access

1. Wait for 30 minutes
   After the lockout period, you can try logging in again with the correct credentials. Make sure to double-check your username, password, and any 2FA codes.

2. Reset your password
   If you’ve forgotten your password or continue to have issues logging in, you can reset your password by following these steps:

   • Click on Forgot Password on the login page.
   • Enter the email address associated with your account.
   • Check your inbox for the password reset link and follow the instructions to set a new password.

3. Double-check your 2FA device
   If you’re using Two-Factor Authentication, ensure your authentication app or device is synced and working properly.
