🚨 Vista Social "Lifetime Forever-Free Enterprise Plan" Giveaway Official Rules 🚨

1. Eligibility

The Vista Social Lifetime Forever-Free Enterprise Plan Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who are legal residents of jurisdictions where such giveaways are not prohibited. Employees of Vista Social, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.

2. Sponsor

The Giveaway is sponsored by Vista Social, located at 99 Wall Street #285, New York, NY 10005.

3. Agreement to Rules

By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Vista Social as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Giveaway.

4. Giveaway Period

Entries will be accepted online starting on [February 18, 2023, at 8:00 am PST] and ending [February 20, 2023, at 11:59 pm PST]. All online entries must be received by [February 20, 2023, at 11:59 pm PST].

5. How to Enter

The Giveaway must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided at https://form.typeform.com/to/G4G6F9ow. The entry must fulfill all Giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Vista Social. You may enter only once. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

6. Prizes

The Winner(s) of the Giveaway (the "Winner") will receive a Lifetime Forever-Free Plan of Vista Social's Enterprise Plan. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Vista Social. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Vista Social’s discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winners. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by the Winners is permitted. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Vista Social to use Winners’ names, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Vista Social. Winners will be notified by email within five (5) days following the selection of the Winners. Vista Social shall have no liability for the Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for the Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within [number of days] from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.

9. Terms & Conditions

Vista Social reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Vista Social’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway. In such case, Vista Social may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Vista Social. Vista Social reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Vista Social and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries.

11. Privacy Policy

12. Sponsor

The Sponsor of the Giveaway is Vista Social LLC.

13. The Giveaway hosted by Vista Social is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, or any other social network or platform where it may be promoted.

By entering this Giveaway, You, the Contestant, have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules.
