Setting up your Vista Page

Vista Page is a customizable tool that allows you to create a single link to share multiple resources, such as social media profiles, videos, galleries, and more. It organizes everything in a sleek, easy-to-navigate page, making it simple for your audience to access all your important links in one place.

What is a Vista Page?

Vista Page is a bio link microsite for your social profiles, email signatures, or anywhere you'd find use for a landing page. You can also schedule posts to your Vista Page right from our Publisher.

To start creating your Vista Page, head to the Pages menu:

With a Vista Page, you can:

Build with a Template

First things first, let's make your page pop! Vista Social offers a variety of themes to match your style and brand. Browse through the theme options – don't worry, you can always change it later!

Give your landing page a catchy name and group it with relevant profiles for easy management.

Build with AI

To use our AI assistant when creating your Vista Page, click Generate with AI at the top right. 

Import your link-in-bio tool

If you’re currently using another link-in-bio service, you can quickly migrate your existing page into Vista Social using the Import Link in Bio feature (Beta) in Vista Pages. Learn more here.

Customize your style

Once you've selected a theme, it's time to add your personal touch:

1. Navigate to the Appearance tab.
2. Here, you can tweak colors, fonts, and other design elements to match your brand or personal style.
3. Experiment with different styles – remember, you can always preview changes before they go live!

Add Blocks to your Vista Page

This is where the magic happens! Add various blocks to make your page truly yours.

Simply click on the Add Block button and select the type of content you want to add. Drag and drop to rearrange! Here are the available content blocks:

Essentials

These are the foundational content elements you can add to any page:

• Header – Adds a page title or section heading. Use headers to organize your page and guide your visitors.

• Button link – Creates a clickable link for navigation or actions

• Text – Adds short or long-form copy

• Image link – Displays an image that links to anything you want

• Social links – Icons that link to your social media profiles

Media embed

Designed for adding external media:

• YouTube Video – Embed videos directly on your page

• Spotify Music – Embed playlists, tracks, artists, or albums from Spotify

Advanced

These blocks expand functionality beyond basic content:

• Shopify Store – Embed your Shopify storefront

• Image Links Grid – Display multiple linked images in a visual grid. This could contain your best images in a stunning gallery format.

• Posts – Schedule and display Vista Social posts

• Typeform – Add interactive forms and surveys

• Calendly – Embed meeting scheduling

• QR code – Generate and display a scannable code

• Chatbot - Answer questions from your knowledge

Customize your blocks with the Layout tab

Now, let’s get those blocks looking just right:

1. Head over to the Layout tab.
2. Click on a block you’ve added to start customizing.
3. Here, you can change the links, text, and images within each block to make them align with your vision.
4. Feel free to play around – this is where your page really comes to life!

5. Once you're happy with the layout, click the Publish button.

6. Add your unique Vista Page link to your Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and any other social media profile's bio. You can even use it in email signatures and anywhere you connect with your audience.

Schedule posts to your Vista Page

1. As you schedule your Social Media posts, you can choose your Vista Page so that your post gets published to your microsite automatically.

2. You can customize Vista Page's version of your post, which is especially helpful if you want to add a link to your caption (or publish the image to your grid instead of a post).

3. Don't forget to add the Posts block to your Vista Page:
