Exporting Publishing Calendar as PDF
To export your calendar in a PDF format:
- Go to your account’s calendar.
2. Look for the export/share button located in the upper right corner of the calendar screen, beside the publish button. Click on it, then click ‘Export’
- On the dropdown for the export format, select ‘PDF"). You can also choose your desired timezone and date duration before clicking on the export button.
- Once the PDF is ready, you'll receive an email with a download link to the file.
Exporting Publishing Calendar as CSV
Why CSV files?
CSV files can be opened by most spreadsheet tools like Excel and Google Sheets. It can also be imported into dashboarding tools like Looker and Tableau.
To export your calendar in a CSV format:
- Go to your account’s calendar
- Look for the export/share button located in the upper right corner of the calendar screen, beside the publish button. Click on it, then click ‘export’
- On the dropdown for the export format, select ‘Comma-separated values’ (CSV). You can also choose your desired timezone and date duration before clicking on the export button.
- Once you have chosen the CSV format and specified the other details you want, click on the export button to begin the download process.
- Once the file is downloaded to your device, you can view it via a spreadsheet application like Excel or Google Sheets. Simply open the file in your chosen application to access your calendar in CSV format, just like this one:
You’ll have data like the scheduled posting date and time, any labels used, as well as engagement and impressions metrics.
All calendar exports will also now show up on the report calendar!
