Using Canva's AI image generator in Vista Social: A Step-by-Step Guide
You can use Canva's AI image generator in Vista Social with these easy-to-follow steps:
- Select ‘Create’ to start a new post.
- Click on the camera icon, and then choose “Design with Canva” from the drop-down. Select your content type and the correct size/dimensions will automatically be applied.

Note: When you hit the ‘Design with Canva’ button, you’ll be redirected to log in to your Canva account. You will only have to do this once. |
- On the left menu bar, select ‘apps’ then look for 'text to image’. You can select from the list of apps such as 'Magic Media' – from here, describe the image you’d like to generate into the text box (the more detail you provide, the better).
- Choose an image style from the available options such as retrowave, neon, filmic, etc. Then click ‘Create your image.’
- Once you are happy with the image you’ve designed, click the ‘Publish’ button on the right-hand side to push the image to Vista Social.
- Add hashtags, emojis, and your caption to complete the post! Try AI Assistant to get on-brand caption ideas to drive more engagement.

- For Facebook: 940 x 788
- For Instagram posts: 1080 x 1080
- For Instagram stories: 1080 x 1920
- For Twitter: 1600 x 900
- For LinkedIn: 1200 x 627
- Pinterest: 1000 x 1500
