It's super frustrating when you log in to Vista Social and realize your Instagram/Facebook profiles have disconnected... again!
This is a pretty common issue and it has to do with how the profiles were connected initially. There is a part in the setup where permissions must be approved as-is, but some users modify it.
Luckily, the fix is super easy - and permanent:
1. On Facebook, be sure to switch to your personal profile and head over to Settings & privacy > Settings > Business integrations
2. Remove Vista Social
3. Go back to Vista Social and connect your Instagram/Facebook profiles again.

As you navigate through the Facebook authorization screens, you need to make sure to use the "Continue as..." button. Do not use the "Edit access" option, as it will result in profile connectivity issues.
4. Once you complete the authorization screen, your profiles will be refreshed and no longer be disconnecting frequently!
