Different options to use the AI Assistant tool
There are two ways in which the AI Assistant can help you craft your post's caption:
Guided mode
In this mode, you can start by adding in your original content in the text box. You can then choose between various tones and formats to match how you want to improve your text. You can also setup your brand's voice to tailor the improved content according to demeanor and communication style!
Guided mode customizations:
1. Tone: choose which attitude, style, or emotional expression you would like to convey to your audience. It could either be funny, promotional, engaging, etc.
2. Format: select what specific arrangement, layout, or structure would you prefer for your text. This could either be a shortened, expanded, or a rephrased text.
3. Brand voice: your brand voice reflects the demeanor and communication style of your brand.
Advanced mode
In this mode, you can provide the AI Assistant with a detailed description of the caption you're looking to create. You can start with a prompt such as "Write a social post...". The only limit is what you can imagine.
In this example, we're creating a social post for a local coffee shop's soft opening. Notice how the user described the the tone, attitude, and length of the post. We'll even ask it to mention our cafe and location. When we're ready, we'll click Generate caption.
Vista Social's AI Assistant will create a caption based on your prompt. You can click Generate caption again to have it create multiple variations for you as well.
Saving captions for future use
You can save some or all of the generated captions if you want to use them again in the future by clicking Save selected. This will be saved in your saved captions!
When you're ready, select the one you want to use and click Send to composer.
That's it, you now have an AI-generated caption for your social post!
