Audio Import Options

There are multiple ways you can import audio in Vista Social:

1. Upload from computer: Upload MP3/WAV files to your media library so you can quickly find the right audio when you need it.

2. Upload from URL: Insert a link to an audio file, an MP4/MOV file and we will extract the sound from it.

3. Find trending audio by Instagram hashtag: Enter a hashtag to browse through the latest Instagram posts, then save the audio to your Media Library for easy scheduling.

4. Find trending audio by Instagram user: Enter an Instagram username to browse through the latest Instagram posts, then save the audio to your Media Library for easy scheduling.

5. Find trending audio from our Trending Sounds Media Library: Save audio from our TS Media Library straight into your own for easy scheduling.

6. Import from online cloud storage: Upload MP3/WAV files from Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive to your media library so you can quickly find the right audio when you need it.

Uploading custom sounds from your computer

1. Start by navigating to the Media Library. To help keep your media library organized, make sure to have the right profile group(s) selected in the profile filter.

This will help you ensure this custom sound is associated with the right brand or client.

2. Once you have the right profile group selected, click Add Media > Add sound and Upload from computer. You can upload most audio file types to Vista Social, including MP3, WAV, and AAC.

Uploading custom sounds from a URL

1. If you have a publicly accessible link to an audio file or video file that you want us to extract the audio from, you can import that to your Vista Social media library.

Making sure you have the right profile group selected, click Add Media and Upload from URL

2. Paste the URL and click Upload and we will extract the audio and save it to your media library

Upload Sounds Using our Browser Extension

1. By downloading our Chrome or Firefox extension and adding it to your browser, you can right-click on an Instagram trending audio page and click Vista Social > Save sound to Vista Social

2. The sound will be uploaded to your media library.

Find Sounds by Searching Instagram Hashtags

1. If you need some inspiration, you can find sounds to use by searching Instagram Hashtags.

2. Type in the Hashtag you want to search for content with

3. You can click on one of the videos to preview the sound

4. Select one, or as many as you want, and click Add to Media library

Find Sounds by Searching Instagram Users

1. You can also find sounds to use for your videos by searching for content from Instagram users you may know.

2. Use the Instagram Users option when adding a sound to the media library

3. Add the Instagram user's handle to search for media containing audio

4. Select one, or as many as you want, and click Add to Media library

Import Audio from an Online Cloud Storage

1. If you have an audio file or video file that you want to import from your online cloud storage, simply click on your chosen cloud and log in to your account:

2. You'll have access to your Drive and you can pick the sound you want to import to your Media Library.

3. Your selected sound will be added to your own Media Library.

Organizing Your Sounds

Vista Social helps you organize your sounds by Clients or Projects by associating the sounds with profile groups. You can also use labels to organize your sounds, to make it easier to find them later.

1. In the media library, you can use the filters to view just the sounds you've added

2. You can modify the sound's labels and more by navigating to it's settings

3. In the sound's settings, you can add a Title, Description, add Custom Labels, and choose which Profile Group(s) this sound should be associated with.

Using your custom sounds in the Publisher

1. Once you've uploaded your sound, head to the Publisher. Attach your video, click the action icon on its thumbnail, and select Pick sound.

2. Using the Media Library tab, find and select the sound you've uploaded and click Apply Sound.

3. Your custom sound is now attached to that video! You can now schedule and post this video to your social profiles.
